Mot MCVVQ110 or MCVVQ111 - Neon or Neon Lite.

These are both high density surface mount packages. If you are going to
be using your Weller Soldering Iron with its finest tip you will still
be soldering 3 leads together at a time.  This is not for the weak of
heart.
