The part number listed on E-bay (-AN) looks like it an early version of
the 320M  - monochrome panel. -BA is the newest rev of the Cyber
Display.

Once you get this panel you will need a backlight, optic and drive
circuit in order to make it all work.  If you are interested, drop me a
line and we can hook you up with the remaining parts you need in order
to complete your display solution.
