Sharp would not use Toshiba displays since they are the competition ... but the toshiba 4 inch VGA is polysilicon TFT (new tech) and I wouldn't be surprised if that was also what yours is. Toshiba touts it as "close to print" quality at 202 pixels per inch. http://www.toshiba.co.jp/about/press/1999_03/pr0801.htm I'm dying to see what one of these displays looks like. They also have larger ones that do 200 pixels per inch. I don't see 4" VGA displays on the Sharp site. I guess they are keeping that spiffy display for their own products. Why do PDAs and almost all StrongArm and X-Scale products have so little RAM?
