I presume it would work. :)

The details on the site are a bit sketchy, so I can't say without tracking
down a full datasheet, but it looks like it has full serial terminal
functionality with the AT keyboard attatched.
No guarantees. I'm interested in a similar setup, but don't have time to
do the reading. :(
