The problem is ... he has no FDD ... unfortunately redhat requires booting from FDD for network install ... but as I mentioned you can boot the slackware install image from within DOS (UMSDOS) using loadlin ... it is exactly the same as booting the slackware kernel + root filesystem from floppy. -- Doug At 10:15 AM 3/16/2003 -0800, you wrote: >The trick with linux is to use a network install...
