I seem to remember a company that, like Tiqit (somehow derived from tiny ubiquitous computer) created a range of SBC's you could use as the core of a wearable, and had a name with "cell" in it. Is that the one you meant? Once Transmeta appeared, I stopped monitoring this company's site, but I think I could find it if it's the one you want.
