Has anyone been following these?

Palm-based watch with infrared and hotsync connector:

Watch which recieves/displays info from radio transmission:

I called the local Fossil store and was told the Palm device
was coming out early next year. It looks like you could
mount a small reflector on the watch to bounce the ir signals
back toward you (or wear the watch upside down) :-) and have
an ir device on your belt/shirt to communicate with the watch.
Or you could run a line to the hotsync connector (have to make
a special connector as the included one is too thick to use
while wearing the watch).

The radio transmission watch looks like a neat idea, but you'd
have to decypher the signal and somehow broadcast your own
signal. Plus it would not function as an input device.
