DC to DC voltage converter

I picked up that HMD on ebay that was recently posted
here. It operates off of 12 volts. My plan is run the
whole rig off one set of batteries. I will probobly
end up using powerbook G3 wallstreet Li-ion batteries.
They are 14.4 volts. Does anyone know where I can find
a DC to DC voltage converter that has a 12 volt output?
