Using CPU card as PC-104-to-ISA adapter

Hi wear folks,

does anyone know if this is possible to use CPU card which has both PC-104
and card edge ISA connector as an adapter?

Definitely, I would need to get rid of the CPU holding the bus
(grounding DMARQ pin? unsoldering the CPU altogether?)
What else should I do?
