video capture card and spy cam.

Do any of you know of a good video capture card for
use on a wearabl?. I plan on getting a mother board
with a PC104 connecter, so a PC104 video capture card
would work. Also I found some cheap spy cams here.

use one of those mounted to the HMD. I am thinking of
useing the Model CMC-100 color cam.
